Trails Closed - bskinner @ 17:39 PST
Sorry to have to do it again but FPUI TRAILS ARE CLOSED due to lack of snow. Mother nature was not kind to snowmobilers with all the warm temps we have had and what is coming. Hopefully we can open them up again before the end of the season.

Trails Open - bskinner @ 16:57 PST
I'm happy to report Trails are still open for now, but if you want to ride you better do it this weekend because the weather doesn't look promising after that. There is minimal snow on most of the trails with bare spots and water holes. Some of the trails are on plowed ground which were blown bare of snow, we did what we could with the Groomers but we can not go out with them again due to lack of snow to work with. IF you ride, RIDE SAFE AND TO THE RIGHT OF THE TRAIL

Trails Open - bskinner @ 07:28 PST
I went and rode some of our trails yesterday and found they are barely passable with bare spots and water holes every where. But they are still passable for now. Ames Firehouse has a Pancake Breakfast this Sunday and we are hoping to keep the trails open for them, lets hope Mother Nature is kind and not melt much more of the snow we have. We can't go out with the groomers again due to lack of snow in some of the fields. We may get a couple more inches today and tomorrow which will be a big help. That's all for now be safe out there. RIDE TO THE RIGHT AND RIDE SAFE.

Well we finally got some more snow and the TRAILS are Open for now, weather does not look in the future for keeping it. Groomers were out all day yesterday and this morning, we just have one more trail to groom, from ST. Johnsville to Oppenheim which may get done tonight if the temps go down, too warm to groom any more today. I'll update when I can RIDE SAFE
