Trails Closed - bskinner @ 19:29 PST
Sorry to say but we need to CLOSE TRAILS due to mother nature not being kind to us. We have some landowners have ask us to close the trails due to bare ground showing on the trails. So FPUI TRAILS ARE CLOSED. I will update you when we get more snow and hopefully open them again. So please do not ride our trails.

Trail Conditions - bskinner @ 16:04 PST
Well most of our trails have been groomed at least once, last groomer is out right now. Some god and some bad trails, Trails with plowed ground or corn stubble are bad, hay fields are in good shape. Weatherman says snow tonight but turning warm. I don't know when we will be able to groom again but will up bate you when we do. FPUI is holding a HOTDOG ROAST tomorrow out on trail S74 on the power lines behind Jason Heiser's cow barn(look for signs) east of Clinton Rd. Come on out and support our club eat some hot dogs and visit on the trail with other riders.

Groomers were out last night trying to pack down the trails. The North side of the river in the Town of Palatine should be all groomed by the end of today. The trail C7D up through the Fort Plain Museum was groomed last night, The loop Through Ames C7H was done this morning along with the trail C7P from Sprakers west towards Canajoharie. The trail towards Sharon Hill is going to get groomed this afternoon as with Canyon Rd and the bike path C7P east to Randall. I'll update when I have more news, remember we are all Volunteers. Ride between the stakes and be safe out there.

Good news, got enough snow to open the trails again. Groomer volunteers will be going out as soon as they can. Please be careful out there and ride safe. Stay on trails and ride to the right. There are some trail changes out there so pay attention to the signs. I'll update date what gets groomed as soon as I can.
